Your opinion counts! Customer Experience Mall Evaluation wants you to provide your opinions about the conditions you find at the mall.
Each Friday in April and May Time: 7 PM to 9 PM
During your interaction with Customer Service you will purchase a $20 Mall Gift Card. The $2.95 service fee is included in the evaluation fee.
You will also have a brief interaction with a security guard and make a brief call to the mall office with a pre-assigned scenario & question prior to your mall visit.
Your evaluation form will include Q & A sections accompanied with short narratives for each section telling the story of your mall experience.
There is a REQUIRED 15 minute PowerPoint presentation to watch AND a 5 question Shop Quiz. Previous evaluators have found this VERY helpful.
Estimated time to complete assignment is 1 ½ to 2 hours onsite at the mall and 1 hour to complete the report.
Pay is $62.95 for completed report.
