The shop is EASIER TO PERFORM than it has been in the past. You DO NOT have to wait a full day to return your purchase, you can do more shopping in the mall or have lunch, and return the purchase (if you wish) after only an hour. (No extra trip to the same mall) OR, you may keep your purchase for yourself. The return is NOT REQUIRED and NOT part of your shop report.
It is required that you be comfortable and blend in at a high-end luxury retail location. Be prepared to evaluate the store as a luxury retailer with exceptional standards so that our client will get a true snapshot of the service they provide. You will make a jewelry purchase of a minimum of $150. (YOU MUST PURCHASE JEWELRY, do not buy a figurine) Preferably, your purchase should be made using a credit card. The return is no longer part of the shop report so you may return the purchase at your convenience or you may keep it, but you will NOT be reimbursed for the purchase.
Shops may be completed any time the store is open.
