Funeral Home In Person Visits

Interesting and beneficial opportunity to evaluate the customer care and service provided by a group of community Funeral Homes and their competitors. During this IN PERSON visit, you will be inquiring about planning for possible future needs and will report back on how your inquiry is handled. 

1. You will inquire about prices and services for the future.
2. WEEKDAYS ONLY,  hours 10-4 daily
3. Report contains mostly yes/no answers 
4. A detailed narrative describing your interaction& touching on each question on the form is required. 

$25.00 per in-person visit and completed evaluation
