How do I become a Mystery Shopper?

Mystique Shopper Mystery Shoppers are not employees, but rather independent contractors hired on a "per assignment" basis. Meaning, you are called upon as needed to perform "Mystery Shops" as they become available. Your frequency of work is based on (1) your flexibility and willingness, (2) how quickly and how well you complete the assignments, and (3) the number of clients vs. shoppers we have in your area.

There is cash to be made and perks to be had but being a "Shopper" is also a serious craft.

PAY?

Becoming a "Mystery Shopper" is not a "get rich quick" scheme, although it usually affords the shopper great rewards, perks and the opportunity to make money. How much depends upon you and the assignments that you are lucky enough to get in on. Almost every shop pays differently. For instance, one shop might give you reimbursement for a fine expensive dinner while another shop might get you lunch plus an additional five dollars. Some shops may give you thirty dollars plus a full tank of gas. Whatever the compensation, you will be fully advised of it BEFORE accepting the assignment. There are no surprises. Please be sure to refer to the Shopper Guidelines page for further information. Mystique Shopper is among the most generous when it comes to shopper compensation and we plan to stay that way.
