Our Technology...

Our Mystery Shopping system is 100% custom programmed from scratch, unlike other systems that build upon (and are limited by) an existing platform.
This results in a system that is faster, more powerful and infinitely more flexible.

Our system runs on Apache Web Servers on a FreeBSD operating system, connected to the internet by quintuple OC-3 internet connections.

This means that there is always plenty of network and processing speed in an incredibly stable environment.
In fact, all five internet connections must fail before Mystique Shoppers system would become inaccessible.
