Hi Shoppers!

Quality Scheduling Group LLC is now scheduling an interesting Apartment Shop.

PLEASE HELP WITH ONE OF THESE URGENT ASSIGNMENTS!
We have gotten a time extension through Friday.

THERE IS A BONUS ADDED TO THESE URGENT ASSIGNMENTS!
These shops must be completed by Friday, June 19th.

NOTE: THESE ARE ROLE-PLAYING SHOPS.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC SHOPPERS FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT.

This shop needs to be completed by Friday, June 19th.

For this shop, you will call to set up an appointment and visit the community on the specified day. Once there, you will tour the facility, visit a spec apartment (one open for inspection), and make observations based on the questions in the report. Since this is a mystery shop, you will pose as a potential resident and will need to ask questions and show interest just as a potential resident would.

This location has either a specific person to shop and/or specific days that you can or cannot shop the location, so please bear this in mind when accepting the assignment.

The pay for this shop is $35 ($20 fee + $15 BONUS), via PayPal. If you are interested, it is imperative you respond in the following manner:

4.      Please indicate whether you can complete the 1st, 2nd, or either scenario.

There is a 12 month rotation for all apartment shops. Please do not apply if you have shopped this location for any shopping company in the past 12 months!

LOCATION AVAILABLE:

Madison Court Apartments, 500-530 S. Madison Ave., Pasadena, CA 91101
- Our client has requested specific scenarios for this shop.
- You must be the appropriate age for either category and both people must attend the on-site presentation.
- You do not have to actually be married. You can play the role of a married couple.

1st scenario:
- Caucasian couple with 2 kids between the ages of 3-7. Children can either attend on-site with the couple or the couple MUST state they have 2 kids between those ages. If the 2 kids attend on-site with couple, they must fit within the ages of 3-7.
- You do not have to actually be married. You can play the role of a married couple.
- shop Tues, Wed, Thurs, or Fri - June 16th, 17th, 18th, or 19th

2nd scenario:
- Caucasian couple in their mid 30's with no kids. You must fit this age category to complete this assignment. No children are permitted on the shop.
- You do not have to actually be married. You can play the role of a married couple.
- shop Tues, Wed, Thurs, or Fri - June 16th, 17th, 18th, or 19th
