Through advances in micro audio and video equipment, Mystique Shopper is able to provide you with actual video of your shops. Shoppers are outfitted with cameras and equipment concealed in clothing accessories such as a brooch, tie, purse or briefcase.

Shoppers are briefed on the equipment and receive direct instructions on their role to assume in order to provide you with the information you desire.

Video shopping typically costs more than traditional Mystery Shopping. While some clients choose only video shopping for their locations, many wish to keep it as an addition to their program and order video shops on an "as needed" basis when traditional methods have revealed weak areas.
